SELF-DIRECTED LEARNING AND THE NEW UNIVERSAL EDUCATION STANDARD (UES)

Students may pursue a self-driected path in area of their choosing and with this define a career path during their learning experience.

For so long, educational institutions have been tasked with turning out individuals that fit within our modern day industrial society. Learning has been around specific siloes of knowldege and skill sets. While this is good, knowledge in real life isn't really organized this way, With the new UES individuals may self-direct their own education, going through a series of segment specific certifications that accumulate toward an overall degree.

Student can fund a unique educational opportunity, work within a the new construct presented by the Planetary Solution Model (PSM), in as they explore new areas in cyberspace, information space and consciousness. Further, they are empowered to do this with a globally accessible set of Universal Education Standards, and new web 3.0 technology.

No longer is are the pardigms of slash and burn economics, along with continious growth and consumption a viable way of life for the human species. As individuals we can see the value in acting for the greater good, the well being of the species as well as that of other species..

For too long we have looked at education as something you do, complete and move on to other things. Yet education is ongoing, and when coupled with new technologies can become the joyous practice, that in its authentic form it really is. Through the use of various applications students and life-long learners can have direct interaction with participants in field specific areas in industry, government and on an entrepreneurial level.
